Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain items such as sale products, gift cards, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 📧 Support@olivias-boutique.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
